  • Butter 600 gr
  • Sugar 200 gr
  • Vanilla 5 gr
  • Salt 3 gr
  • Egg yolk 20 pc
  • Sugar 320 gr
  • Cake flour 400 gr
  • Egg white 20 pc

  • Beat Butter, Sugar, Vanilla and salt until creamy.
  • And Egg yolk Slowly.
  • Whip Egg white and Sugar until stiff.
  • Fold Whipped Egg White into utter mixture by hand.
  • Fold Flour to mixture and fold it in by hand.
  • Bat mature on greased and Floured baking try cm thick in circle of 20cm.
  • Loosen sponge after baking from baking try still hot.
  • Bake at 200'c for 5-7 min.
