| Raisen Bread(Toast Bread) |


- Milk 1 lt
- Bread Flour 2 rg
- Yeast 150 gr
- Sugar 250 gr
- Salt 30 gr
- Eggs 2 pc
- Butter 250 gr
- Bread improver 30 gr
- Cinnamon Powder 5 gr
- Raisin 300 gr

- Mix all ingredients except Raisin together for 1 - 2 min
- Kneading time 8-10 min until Dough is smooth and elastic.
- Add Raisin 2 min before the end of kneading time.
- Knock Dough for 30 min
- Knock Dough back before shaping.
- Bake Raisin Bread in a Bread Mould.
- Bake at 180 - 190 'c for 35 - 40 min.
