- Butter 600 gr
- Sugar 200 gr
- Vanilla 5 gr
- Salt 3 gr
- Egg yolk 20 pc
- Sugar 320 gr
- Cake flour 400 gr
- Egg white 20 pc

- Beat Butter, Sugar, Vanilla and salt until creamy.
- And Egg yolk Slowly.
- Whip Egg white and Sugar until stiff.
- Fold Whipped Egg White into utter mixture by hand.
- Fold Flour to mixture and fold it in by hand.
- Bat mature on greased and Floured baking try cm thick in circle of 20cm.
- Loosen sponge after baking from baking try still hot.
- Bake at 200'c for 5-7 min.
